Rigorous Testing Procedures

Ultrasonic flaw detection, carried out according to ASTM-A745 standards, ensures the integrity of our products. Hardness testing and tensile experiments, conducted in accordance with ASTM-A370 standards, validate the strength and resilience of our stabilizers. Additionally, intergranular corrosion testing, following ASTM-A262 E method, guarantees that our products are resistant to corrosive environments.

Impeccable Finish and Packaging

Before shipping, every WELONG non-magnetic stabilizer undergoes thorough cleaning and surface treatment. After the application of rust preventive oil, the stabilizers are meticulously wrapped in white plastic cloth, followed by a tight green-colored protective cloth. This meticulous packaging process ensures that no leakage occurs and provides optimal protection during transit. For long-distance sea transportation, our stabilizers are securely packaged with iron frames, safeguarding them from any potential damage.
